Jeremy began his professional journey as a Communications Technician in the Marine Corps from 1998 to 2003. Transitioning into IT in 2003, he started as an IT recruiter before advancing to Systems Administrator in 2006. In 2008, he joined i-Tech as a Systems Engineer and now serves as the Director of Managed Services. In this role, he leads a team of engineers responsible for maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure for clients. Known for his strong focus on structure and efficiency, he emphasizes a "work smarter, not harder" philosophy. Originally from northern Maine, his background has instilled discipline and a strategic mindset in his work.

Micah Trudell

Vice President of Operations, IT Services

Micah Trudell is the Vice President of Operations at i-Tech Support, Inc. Micah has over twenty years of experience in technology and leadership roles. He is passionate about employee and customer relationships. Micah is a Microsoft Certified Professional and also has the following Certifications: A+, Server +, MCITP-SA, and MCTS. Micah’s strengths include strong managerial and IT oversight to drive value to i-Tech and the clients we support. He is responsible for the overall client success. Micah was originally from upstate New York where he started his career in technology. He transitioned into HR and Leadership roles at his job at 3Wire and later relocated his family to Florida in 2011 to join the i-Tech Team.
