Kurt has over 20 years of technical experience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise software and business systems in a variety of industries, including finance, retail, service and technology. For the past eleven years Kurt has been instrumental in helping organizations grow their business by implementing ERP software solutions. He currently holds ERP consulting certifications in both Acumatica and Sage ERP X3.
Born and raised in Ohio, Kurt attended Miami University in Oxford, OH, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with focuses in Management Information Systems and Computer Information Systems. After graduating, he expanded his business knowledge and expertise by working with small technology startups and large corporations. Kurt also has experience as a small business owner, after running his own business for several years. Kurt’s diverse background of experience and business ownership has accredited him with a unique ability to match the unique needs of an organization to a strategic software solution. This unique ability is instrumental to his daily consulting and support services.
Tara Crain is the Vice President of ERP Consulting & Delivery at i-Tech Support, Inc., where she leads the development and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions tailored to meet diverse client needs. With a robust background in IT consulting and a passion for digital transformation, Tara specializes in streamlining business operations and driving growth through innovative technology strategies.
Prior to joining i-Tech, Tara held leadership roles in the IT industry, focusing on ERP strategy and delivery. Her expertise spans various sectors, enabling her to understand and address the unique challenges businesses face in today's dynamic market. Recognized for her contributions to professional services, Tara was featured in the Wichita Business Journal's 'Women Who Lead in Professional Services' series, highlighting her dedication and impact within the industry.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Tara is committed to mentorship and actively supports initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the tech community.
