Christopher A. Zeller

Chris Zeller serves as Senior Director of Service Delivery at i-Tech Support. Based in the Orlando area, he leads service operations and client delivery across the company’s managed technology solutions, focusing on operational excellence, scalable service systems, and delivering reliable technology solutions that help clients operate efficiently and securely.

With more than 28 years of leadership experience spanning both the private sector and the United States Navy, he brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to service delivery and operational performance. Prior to joining i-Tech Support, he served as Vice President of Field Operations at Examinetics, where he helped lead a nationwide mobile workforce delivering occupational health services across 48 states while driving operational improvements and scalable growth.

Chris retired from the U.S. Navy after more than two decades of service and held several senior operational leadership roles during his career. He served aboard four combatant vessels, led multinational teams, conducted security and risk assessments across more than 20 countries, and delivered executive briefings to senior U.S. and allied leadership.

He is known for his disciplined leadership style, commitment to operational excellence, and ability to build teams that consistently deliver dependable service and strong client outcomes.
