i-Tech Support Services, Inc. is committed to making www.i-techsupport.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing part of maintaining the website, not a one-time project.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for making web content accessible to people with disabilities. They set three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA.

www.i-techsupport.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. The known exceptions are listed below.

Measures taken

  • Accessibility is reviewed when pages are built or changed.
  • The website is tested with automated accessibility tools on desktop and mobile screen sizes.
  • Keyboard navigation is checked by hand, including focus visibility, tab order and skip links.
  • Issues found in testing are tracked and fixed, and the pages are tested again afterward.

Known limitations

Despite these efforts, some content is not yet fully accessible.

  • PDF documents: some linked PDFs, including customer case studies and the service level agreement, have not been fully tagged for screen readers. Any of these documents can be requested in an alternative format using the contact details below.

Compatibility

The website is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with the screen readers and other assistive technology those browsers support. It relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA to work as intended.

Assessment approach

i-Tech Support assessed the accessibility of this website through an external evaluation. The evaluation combined automated testing against the axe-core WCAG rules, run with ShiftView, and a manual keyboard navigation review. The website was first evaluated in September 2026 and was tested again on September 18, 2026 after fixes were made.

Automated tools detect only part of what WCAG covers, so testing and improvement continue.
