AI Services
Your people are already using AI. We help you make it count.
Fewer hours on work nobody wanted to do, faster answers out of information you already own, and a written policy so none of it becomes a liability.
An Intelligence Technology Partnership
You Are Already Doing AI.
The Question Is Whether Anyone Is Steering.

Most Organizations Experience The Same 3 Challenges
What they are and how we close it them
Uncontrolled AI adoption
How we close it. Your staff get approved tools for their actual jobs, a policy in writing, and training that sticks. You get visibility into who is using what.
Data scattered across systems
How we close it. We connect the systems that matter and structure what is in them, so answers come back reliable instead of confident and wrong.
Manual work that should not exist
How we close it. We pick the process costing you the most hours, put a number on it before we start, and move that number.
Most Companies Try Adoption Alone

Where Do you Stand?
The 5 Levels of AI Adoption
Most business owners have no idea where they sit on this, and that is the normal starting point. Nobody is behind. Find your level first, and the next move gets obvious.

Run
1
Unaware
No policy, no visibility, and leadership does not know who is using what.
2
Experimenting
Staff are using AI on their own, with no oversight and nothing in writing.
3
Managed
Approved tools, a written policy, and training that reached the whole team.
4
Integrated
Real use cases inside departments, running on your data, with outcomes measured.
5
Strategic
AI is in the operating plan, with executive ownership and a funded roadmap.

Level 2 · Experimenting
"A few people on the team really like it. We have not sat down and set rules yet."
Your top salesperson drafts proposals in a personal AI account. It genuinely saves time. It also means your pricing and client names now sit in an account you do not own and cannot audit.
Approved tools for the roles that need them, a written policy, and training that reaches everyone. That is Level 3.

What Actually Changes With a Partnership
Start with one process that annoys everyone. We measure all of them against where you were before we started.
Your team gets hours back
The repetitive work that eats an afternoon gets handled before anyone opens it. Your people review and approve instead of starting from scratch.
We take the baseline first, so the improvement is your number.
Decisions stop waiting on someone else
The information you need already exists in your business. It is just spread across systems and folders nobody can search quickly.
Answers in seconds instead of days.
AI is an asset not a liability
Written policy, trained staff, approval gates on anything touching money or clients, and visibility into who is using what.
The questions your insurer and your largest client are already asking now have answers.

Why i-Tech
The i stands for intelligence. The over 25 years of experience is what gets you the results
Since 1999 we have helped small and midsize businesses adopt whatever was new at the time without breaking what already worked. AI is the current version of that job, not a different one, and it is why our engagements are built around experience and intelligence rather than tools.
- Proven, practical AI experience. We use AI within our own operations, so our guidance is grounded in real-world experience. We help you adopt AI responsibly, improve performance, and generate measurable business results.
- 25+ years of technology experience. AI adoption introduces real risks, including sensitive data leaving controlled systems, confidential information being entered into third-party tools, and limited visibility into how employees are using AI. We have spent more than 27 years helping small and midsize businesses adopt new technologies while protecting their systems, data, and operations.
- One accountable technology partner. Managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, ERP, and AI are all supported through a single relationship. There are no unnecessary handoffs and no finger-pointing when an issue affects multiple systems.

At least one department uses AI inside a real workflow, connected to our own data.

Talk to our AI teamAI Services FAQ
What can AI actually do for a business our size?
More than write emails. It reads the documents that arrive every day and pulls out what matters, it answers questions using information already sitting in your systems, and it completes defined tasks with a person approving the result. The chatbot everyone has seen is the smallest part of it.
We already pay for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot. Is that not enough?
Each of those tools have their strengths and in general, they are genuinely useful for writing and specific tasks and if your team is getting value from them, keep them. What they cannot do is see your job costs, your open receivables, or your customer history, so they cannot answer questions about your business or complete work inside it. That requires connecting them to your data, which is where we come in.
Do we need Acumatica or a specific ERP to work with you?
While we certainly believe Acumatica is the best platform to unleash AI in your business. No, we work with whatever you run today. Acumatica clients have a head start because the data is already structured, and Alloy works directly on it. If you are on QuickBooks, Dynamics GP, or a mix of systems, the AI Readiness Conversation will tell you honestly what has to change first.
Will this replace people on our team?
Not in a 20 to 500 person business. What goes away is the work nobody wanted to do, and most of our clients put that time back into sales, service, or the backlog they never reach. Small business owners report the same thing. In a 2026 Goldman Sachs survey, 87% said AI augments rather than replaces employees. If headcount reduction is your goal, tell us up front, because it changes which processes we target.
How much does this cost?
The AI Readiness Conversation is free and takes 30 minutes. The Intelligence Blueprint is a fixed fee over 15 to 30 days. Pilots are fixed scope. Ongoing work is a monthly line in your services agreement. We will not quote a build before the Blueprint, because until we look at your data we do not know what it will support.
Do we need to hire someone for this?
No. That is the point of working with a partner. You need someone inside who cares about the outcome and has an hour a week, not a new job description.
Where do we even start?
With one process that annoys everyone. Not a strategy, not a tool evaluation. Pick the thing your team complains about most, and we will tell you in 30 minutes whether AI can help it.
How is this different from just buying AI tools ourselves?
Buying the tool is the easy part. The hard parts are: connecting it to your data securely, getting your team to use it consistently, governing it so it doesn’t create compliance risk, and measuring whether it’s actually delivering ROI. That’s what i-Tech manages. We’ve seen many organizations buy AI tools and licenses and use them at less than 20% capacity — because deployment without strategy rarely works.
What if my team is resistant to using AI?
Change management is one of the biggest reasons AI adoption initiatives fail — and it’s something we plan for from day one. Our enablement approach includes role-specific training (not generic demos), coaching managers on how to reinforce AI usage habits, and identifying internal AI champions who help drive adoption peer-to-peer. We measure adoption, not just deployment.
