A Deeper Integration. A Complete Financial Picture.

We’ve invested in i-Tech supported Acumatica and Aspire integrations. Now, your landscaping business doesn’t have to wait until month-end to know where it stands. It’s now available in two versions, so you can choose the level of integration that matches where your business is today.

How Integrations Today Work

Today, Aspire offers an integration with Acumatica which handles the basics: vendors, AP bills, and cash transactions. For smaller operations, that often covers what you need.

As your company grows, those three data points stop telling the full story. Financials stay split between two systems until month-end. Closing the books means pulling a multi-page General Transaction Report, running it through Excel, and manually posting journal entries. For larger landscape companies, that process routinely takes multiple days, every month. You get a snapshot of profitability once a month, after significant manual work, instead of a real-time view.

I-Tech Integration Offerings

Our integrations are built and supported by our i-Tech team. It comes in two versions, depending on what’s right for your business.

Lite covers the same three data points as the integration available today through Aspire (vendors, cash deposits, and AP invoices and bills), with one meaningful difference: when something needs attention, you can turn to us and submit a Help ticket in the same way you would for all your ERP questions.

Advanced is the full build. Aspire does what it does well (scheduling, time tracking, field operations, mobile and GPS), and Acumatica handles everything financial. No split-ledger workaround, no month-end reconciliation sprint. Here’s what that shift covers:

Inventory management moves into Acumatica, giving multi-location and larger operations the ability to centralize purchasing and take advantage of bulk buying.

Accounts receivable and customer billing run through Acumatica, with collections workflows Aspire doesn’t support on its own.

Purchasing moves to Acumatica’s purchasing tools, which removes a constraint Aspire users have typically worked around. Purchase orders and receipts sync both directions, and stock items carry costs automatically.

AP automation becomes available once payables are in one place, something the standard integration and Lite version don’t support.

Who Each Version Is For

If your team runs Aspire and the standard three-function sync covers your needs, Lite gives you a support upgrade without adding cost. It’s worth setting up regardless.

For growing landscape firms where month-end close involves multiple people, multi-day manual reconciliation, and significant Excel work, Advanced is worth a conversation. If you’ve been told a full Acumatica implementation is the answer but you’re still not getting complete financial visibility across both systems, that’s the gap Advanced solves.
